At the heart of my work is a deep belief that pleasure is a birthright, and that healing, pleasure, and connection are possible for all people—especially those most often left out of traditional mental health and sex therapy spaces.
I believe that healing and intimacy flourish when we center the lived experiences of Black, Brown, and queer folks. My work is rooted in liberation, offering care that honors culture, dismantles shame, and challenges the systems that suppress our love and pleasure.
Therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum. I practice from a systems perspective, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Bowen Family Systems Theory to help clients understand their relational patterns, build emotional safety, and form resilient connections—both with themselves and their loved ones.
Pleasure isn’t frivolous—it’s sacred. I believe that experiencing joy and sensuality is a fundamental part of well-being. Through tools like Naked Homework, clients are invited to explore their bodies, emotions, and partnerships with vulnerability, curiosity, and playfulness.
Healthy intimacy is built on the foundations of clear communication, active consent, and the courage to show up authentically. My work invites lovers and learners alike to explore their edges while staying emotionally safe and empowered.
As your favorite sexologist’s favorite sexologist, I believe that unlearning shame and learning new ways to love, touch, listen, and live is a lifelong process. Whether through therapy, education, or professional training, my practice creates spaces where people can grow—on purpose.
